Testimonials
“I hired Caitlyn to lead the Theory of Change and five-year strategic plan project for Reconciliation Services. Our organization is in a hyper-growth moment so the Theory of Change and the strategic plan that we crafted together has really given me, as the Executive Director, and our entire team an extremely radical clarity on what the next steps are. I would highly recommend her to any organization.”

“While Caitlyn has experience with large global organizations she is relatable across the entire spectrum of organizational capacity. In working together I was impressed by her depth of knowledge related to Theory of Change and her ability to break a complicated theory into discreet elements. With a focus on measurable outcomes, she was able to assist our client in developing relevant goals and indicators that were anchored in their unique Theory of Change.”
